Hello and welcome!

If you’re reading this there’s a good chance you know what So-Wal is and what we do, but just in case you don’t:

So-Wal was started in 2006 by a bunch of VW heads from Cardiff, UK and the valleys who had all become good friends through going to meets and shows together, taking the piss out of each other, and playing about with all manner of dubs. Collectively we had become pissed off with the formal VW Clubs that we belonged to, and wanted to do something for the local area which didn’t involve fees, rules, bosses and pecking orders. As a result, So-Wal was started as a free forum, which people could use when they wanted to, buy and sell stuff locally, and sort out meets, show convoys and the like.

We’re not very formal or well organized, but that’s the way most people seem to like it!
So this is the same thing, just on a shiny new website! Enjoy!
